Badger Meter has major facilities located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Tulsa, Oklahoma; Rio Rico, Arizona/Nogales, Mexico; Brno, Czech Republic; and Stuttgart, Germany. The Milwaukee location includes the corporate headquarters and a modern, highly-automated manufacturing facility featuring continuous flow manufacturing technology. All of Badger Meter's manufacturing facilities are ISO 9000 certified.
　　Badger Meter's Milwaukee facility includes a world-class technology center including design, laboratory and test facilities, and added manufacturing space. The Tulsa, Oklahoma, modern facility utilizes state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies for selected industrial products. Tulsa is also the base for the marketing, sales and engineering support activities for products produced at that location. In addition, the Tulsa facility has a hydraulic laboratory that can test and calibrate both closed pipe and open channel instrumentation. The Rio Rico, Arizona/Nogales, Mexico, twin-plant operation manufactures in Arizona and assembles in Mexico selected labor-intensive products for the utility market. The facility in Stuttgart, Germany, is the European headquarters for Badger Meter, Inc., currently marketing selected industrial products with applications that are used in the European flow meter market. The Czech Republic facility manufactures the electromagnetic flowmeters.
